“Wonderful Villa in Paradise”

Myself and my family loved our stay here. The pool is the best private pool we have ever had. The location is like paradise. The Villa is immaculately clean. Our breakfast was wonderful each morning.

We had a great stay here. A little far out from a beach area but they gave us a one way Tuk Tuk per day. The host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor shower was fantastic.

“Nice but a little over priced.”

The room was very clean and beautiful furniture. Bed very comfortable. Grounds maintained lovely. Plunge pool was nice though no sun loungers near it so had to either be in the plunge with my daughter or stand at the side no where to sit beside it. Nature surrounding but this is a positive and negative. There is a chipmunk running back and forth to a hole in the roof. Frog family visits the plunge pool and shower area over night.

A unique place. I highly recommend it. The cottage is beautifully furnished, very clean, and well-maintained. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, and the service is top-notch. We had a wonderful time here. The property is a bit out of the way, so you need to consider access to the city and the beach, but if you value local atmosphere, nature, and tranquility, you'll appreciate this place. Very peaceful location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Accommodation finish was good. Liked the plunge pool. Lots of animals in the surrounding bush. Interesting free walk around the village is worth doing.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to offer variety of breakfast options for my son as they noted he was a bit fussy with his food. This was very much appreciated by my son. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. The inclusion of the swimming pool was another great addition for keeping the children entertained.

Huge and very confortable and nice villa with a pool, with everything brand new and fancy inside the room. We stayed with two little kids and they loved the place. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious.

“Way too expensive!”

This property definitely needs some explanation. The photos of the pool look amazing, and the pool itself is very nice, although quite cold. The view from the pool and the small terrace next to it is beautiful and one of the highlights of the stay. However, the house itself is very old. The shower has very low water pressure, and the kitchen is outdated and not very hygienic. In fact, the entire house is in need of a full renovation. On the positive side, the beds are comfortable and the bed linen is good. A big plus is Lalith, who is an excellent host and clearly a perfectionist when it comes to helping guests and taking care of things. Do keep in mind that there is little to no privacy when staying here. We really liked the location: a bit further away from Mirissa, which made it quieter and more peaceful. We rented scooters, and within 10 minutes you can reach several beautiful beaches. For us, the quieter setting was actually a big advantage.

We really liked the house and pool area. All facilities are nice and clean. With the house there is a friendly and service minded manager, serving breakfast and snacks and help you with tuk tuks.

The host lalith was very kind and sweet and took very good care of us

Very nice place. It situated far from noise of central street. Hotel staff are very helpful. They offer very good cleaning every day, 1 free tuktuk ride to beach every day, traditional snack to your villa. Our kids love very much private pool. We were lucky to meet Villa’s owner. Very nice lady, she show us nearby area and tell a lot of interesting things.

“Best decision, we even extended for an additional night!!!”

We had such an amazing time here. We loved it so much, that we booked an additional night. The villa was bigger than expected and so clean. We just spent all our time at the pool and enjoyed the jungle vibe. The breakfast was delicious and there was so much choice - we could even eat it right at our villa. One of us was sick during the stay and they took care of us so well - the owners and staff really are so caring, they really welcome you with open arms. They also always arranged for tuktuks for us to go to the centre of mirissa (about 10min) for free!!! We 100% recommend this place

“Brilliant villa, brilliant people”

Waterpool with outstanding level of employees care Pretty delicious breakfasts, with awesome service. Sometimes we felt like kings, when service team were nearby during the meals just in case if we would need something, what was nice but for some people it might be uncomfortable. Last not least I felt down nearby waterpool by my mistake and got my toe severely injured. Immediately I was covered with care and attention by service, Lalith took me to the hospital and guided me through the whole process of legalities and helped me a lot on each step of hospital processing. Finally he covered payment for visit and medicines. Unbelievable event

“Love it”

Love this place! We enjoyed how it was away from other busy beach area hotels. This independently own Villa was perfect for our family reunion. The owner was there for both breakfasts and made us authentic SriLankan hoppers. We even had dinner at the villa, as the food was home cooked and authentic. Furthermore, the manager and the staff were very helpful as well. Highly recommend this place.

Everything, the staff, the rooms the pool, the location. Everything was so nice. Wish we would stay there for one more night and do not leave at all from the property. The breakfast also super delicious. The bathroom omg. Only the bathroom was a totally new experience.

It is not a private villa as it is listed on Booking, you are staying at someone’s place who is renting 2 rooms. We were 3 in one room, the single bed didn’t even have a comforter / cover.
