Good location in Marissa. And a beautiful pool!

Excellent location, right on the main road, our room was set back from the road so very quiet. spacious room with somewhere to put the luggage. The bathroom had a separate shower.

Hotel has all the basics that is needed. It is good value for money. Area is good and close to most of things. Food is simple but good and good value. Staff was good also. Room cleaning is good also.

The location is great & staff were friendly.

Nice, spacious rooms with balconies. Buffet breakfast with live cooking. Amazing pool surrounded by trees. Nice terrace on the roof. Very helpful staff, special thanks to Chatura.

“Hotel with great potential”

Location close to coconut tree hill and view from the room to hill was impressive. Walking distance to Mirissa beach. Breakfast buffet was ok (1 morning was a la carte because of few quests), but there is no drinking water in buffet, you need to order. Food selection was almost the same every day(egg/omlet, bread, fruit, sausages, pancaces, roti). Personal is very helpful, especially great thanks to receptionist Chatura, who find quick solution to change our room, when construction noise was disturbing. View from roof top bar was beautiful. Pool was clean and nice in the middle of the greenery.

Great hotel, the service is perfect! The breakfast is very good. The room was big, with a balcony. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. A big hello to the manager, Mr. Chatura. We laughed a lot with him (sorry for our French accent!). Good job to all the staff too. We stayed at the end of November. The pool has a nice view of the jungle. We could always find chairs and towels there. It was the most expensive hotel of our trip in Sri Lanka ($45) but we are very happy.

The hotel was great. The staff were really helpful. The meals were excellent and great value. The pool was great and offered a good place to watch birds as they flew around the surrounding trees. It was the best hotel that we stayed at during our visit.

Location was good and the staff were gentle and welcoming. The game arrangements for the kids are good to engage them. Special mention for Chatura who is a GM was very kind, humble and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.

“Great Hotel stay in Mirissa”

Chathura and all the staff were really helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable with great balconies. The aircon worked well. Tea and coffee provided and rooms cleaned daily. Laundry service provided for a small fee. Great entertainment downstairs. Swimming pool, 2 x pool.tables, carom, fusbol and loads of board games and books. Great bar area where we had drinks at night and met guests from other countries and a fabulous roof top space to watch the sun set whilst enjoying an evening drink. Mirissa is short walk or Tuktuk ride and there are some amazing beach bars serving fresh fish each night with stunning views. Visited Yala national park (2hr drive but well worth it) and saw elephants, crocs and loads of other wildlife. Chathura organised all our taxis and trips for us while we were there and made it a really enjoyable stay.

“Unforgettable stay”

Staff is really friendly. They went out of there way to make sure our stay is remarkable. Food is really tasty. Chef did an amazing job. Pool is clean and water is warm. Location is perfect. Coconut tree Hill is just across the road. Lots of restaurants situated in walking distance.

Breakfast was amazing. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Rooms comfortable and clean with A/C. Such friendly staff. Loved our stay. Super friendly resident dog Max.

Room was big, spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean and simple.

“Good Hotel”

Great, clean hotel in a good location very near Coconut Tree Hill and a small quiet beach. Good view from our room with a balcony. Breakfast was very good, a buffet with lots of choices. Lovely swimming pool around the back of the hotel. Staff were friendly and polite, and especially Hasi the manager who was very helpful. They had just opened a new rooftop bar, which is huge and looks amazing.

“The stay at the hotel was perfect”

The stay at the hotel was perfect. The staff is very caring and attentive, always ready to help. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. I would like to mention the restaurant at the hotel. Tuna steak was amazing, so tasty we have not eaten anywhere in Sri Lanka, served wonderful very high quality coffee. Comfortably equipped, spacious and clean rooms, beautiful bathroom. A special love is the pool area. There are flowers and bushes blooming around, birds singing, the water in the pool is clean and warm, there is a shower and towels, you can take drinks to the pool, thought out areas with shade to avoid getting burned. We fell in love with the place and the people and dream of coming back here again with friends to show them this wonderful place.
