Everything was perfect! The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The garden and terrace were lovely, and the location was peaceful. The host was very kind and helpful.

The place was exactly as advertised. It was super clean, quiet, and comfortable. Only a few mins by train to Venice. Our host, Deborah, was wonderful. She took the time to share with us all kinds of information about Venise and the surroundings. Highly recommended!

It was great! The owner was very friendly and gave us helpful information how to get to Venezia and what restaurants/bars/supermarkets are in the area. The room was large and very clean. The terrace was nice. Also parking was possible inside the property.

Quiet place in an ideal location. We had a bedroom with private bathroom and access to the garden. Kitchen very well equipped. The owner Deborah is a wonderful person, very nice and friendly. She explained to us how best to get to Venice, how and where to buy tickets and what is best to visit.

The host was friendly and constantly in touch with us to arrange a smooth check-in. Very appreciable. The room was as promised and the shower and towels were provided and kept clean. She gave all the right instructions to get to the city and made an overall smooth experience. Another tip for the guests instead of the train option (as the last train from Venice is at 9:30 and you can't experience the night vibes). There is another free parking lot Parking P1: Via Trieste, Marghera (https://maps.app.goo.gl/TnDiP69D7zgAFjV76). Right in front of the parking you can take a direct bus to Venice (line 6). It takes only 15 mins to reach Venice and you can use a Venice card from here on. This way you can save on the Train ticket.

Very nice and quiet place. Well equipped, nice size bedrooms and bathroom. Close to train station to go to Venice. Deborah was very friendly, gave us all the information that we needed to go to Venice. We enjoyed our time there.

A very nice hotel. Clean and pleasant inside and out. The owner is very nice and told us the best way to get to Venice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Deborah is a very pleasant host. She gave us the necessary advice for visiting Venice and recommended restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The accommodation is in a quiet area, very clean and nice. We were completely satisfied here and would love to come back. Parking on the lot in the yard behind a closed gate. I recommend the accommodation.
