“Wonderful house near Venice”
Absolutely wonderful breakfast - and this is a rare sight in Italy for a non-italian traveller. So more than usual sweets and coffee - we had also some eggs, yogurts, cereals, etc. The house is perfect - very clean and very quite (they dont have many rooms, so it helps) and the location is on the river Brenta, walking distances from some of the nicest venetian villas. You can go to Venice with bus or train, so it is very convenient. You can park either in the garden of the house or directly on the street - free of charge. The owners are very nice, they tried to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Hope to return soon!

Close to Venice. 8-10 min walk is the bus that takes you to Venice within 30 min. Marco was very kind and has provided us with very useful information on Venice and the area. The accommodation was very clean and had all we needed.

“Very enjoyable stay!”
Villa with a historical touch in a quiet environment, close to direct bus links to Venice. Excellent breakfast. Cleanliness. Shower with steam bath came in very handy after a long day out. Privacy - only two rented rooms in the property (due to this it did not matter that the private bathroom to the room is on the floor hallway.) The owner Marco pays attention to every detail in the house to make the guests stay as pleasant as possible.

The place is located in a quiet district with a beautiful garden and is only 35 minutes away from Venice center by bus. The bedroom and bathroom are large and very clean. Breakfast is great, and the owner is super helpful to all of our questions and needs.
