“Excellent facilities and marvellous host.”
Valentina was very welcoming. I was even able to enter my room before the specified time. There is a small kitchen available for everyone to use which was perfect along with coffee making facilities. Valentina was able to direct me to Venice via public transport which was great.

Valentina was amazing! She was super kind, friendly, polite, and informative. When we arrived she told us the best ways to visit Venezia (and the costs). She also mentioned several must-dos that made our visit unforgettable. The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. Great value for money and it is highly recommended when you have a car.

Cozy accommodation, clean, quiet, with good WiFi. The hostess Valentina is very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of useful tips. Breakfast was delicious with homemade croissants, eggs and jam.
