“A great place to stay for exploring Minneapolis.”
This was our first visit to Minneapolis and we were just in town overnight. Our train from Seattle arrived in St.Paul early in the morning and so we arrived at the hotel well before the check-in time, hoping just to drop our bags off, but to our delight the very helpful receptionist said the room was ready and we could check in straight away, which was really great. We'd booked a deluxe king room which was spacious and clean. After settling into our room and getting a nice hot shower (been two nights on a train prior to that) we spent the day walking miles around the city, and loving it. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Minneapolis.

Room cleaning was erratic at best. Requested front desk AM cleaning so could work I could work in the afternoon from my room. Not done by 5. Had to secure my own towels. Asked for repair of lights , was promised it would be done by noon. No one showed up by 5 until I went back to the front desk

Helpful staff, very clean, perfect location with easy light rail access to the airport and interesting walks to take over the stone arch bridge and along the river. The pool was nice and the decor is elegant. We’ll stay here again.
