“Fantastic hotel in a very good location. Breakfast a little bit too pricy.”
The room, which was a corner room on 23 floor, was fantastic. It was spacious, modern, with a comfortable bed and a perfect shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. You can also enter and exit the hotel directly to and from the skyway on second floor with the room key, which is very convenient.

This hotel is beautiful, centrally located, and the staff is very nice. We were in Minneapolis for a conference and we could use the printer in the lobby and common areas to meet and prepare for our presentation, even if we didn't want to pay for a private conference room.

“Paid in Full, Denied at Check-in – Booking Shows a Fake Stay!”
I prepaid for a 2-night stay and arrived late at 4 AM after a long 8-hour drive. Despite the hotel clearly stating that check-in is available anytime after 4 PM, I was told that check-in ends at 3 AM and was completely denied a room. They told me there were *no rooms available at all*, even though I had already paid in full. This was never communicated during the booking process. I received no refund, no help, and was forced to find another hotel at my own expense in the middle of the night. This is not only unacceptable but also a complete failure of basic customer service. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. If this is how they treat paying guests, it’s not worth the risk.

This hotel clearly cannot be recommended. We booked breakfast included. But instead we got a voucher in the amount of 18 USD per person. For this 18 USD virtually you do not get anything. On the first morning we a small breakfast and we had to pay 36 USD extra. The next morning we only ordered a croissant. This croissant was 14 USD, with tax and mandatory gratuity it was 18,40 USD. So for the voucher you do not get even a croissant. And on top: even for the amount that you pay with the voucher they charge tax and gratuity. That s extrem fraud. And the staff at the reception was not very helpful.

“Valet are not cool at all”
The valet scratched my car and tried to cover it up with white paint, but left white paint marks all over we the from seat of the car.
