This resort charged us additional fees left right and centre without communicating this to us! Very unprofessional and sneaky of them, if you have additional fees you need to communicate this when you guests arrive not just sneakily add it to the bill afterwards. Spoke to them and complained and still poor customer service would not return the fees.

“Family weekend getaway”
This hotel is beautifully located in the most stunning area you could think of in Muskoka. It is well spread out with many facilities and great things to do. We had booked 2 rooms and they were both clean and spacious with gorgeous views of the lake. Special shout out to Danielle, at the Lakes restaurant who was attentive, helpful, understanding and pleasant throughout the whole process!

We selected the resort based on positive recommendations we received from friends and acquaintances. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations and was disappointing.

The hotel is situated in stunning scenery. It is tastefully appointed with a view of the lake. The rooms are spacious. The rooms are quiet and the beds comfortable. There is an indoor/outdoor pool but also a beach by the lake to be able to go swimming.
