“Nice affordable place”
The room was nice and the location was good. Nobody spoke English so that was a bit of a challenge for me, but in fairness, the problem is that I don't speak Spanish.

Nice little hostel. Outside area to sit and well equipped kitchen. Friendly owners, helpful in arranging tours. Free water! Really close to bus station.

“Solid option for a quiet stay.”
This was the second time staying here - I like that it is quiet and good value for money. Henrry the owner is a good guy and is very helpful

“Relaxed friendly place.”
The relaxed atmosphere here was nice. This is a family business and Henrry is decent. For example, I arrived with a cold and he made a special effort to check in on me and give me tea.

We had a great stay at Henrrys! With the little terrasse that each room has it feels a little bit like your own small house. The kitchen is well equiped, there’s even a bbq close to the hamomocks and the family and staff is super friendly. thank you!

“Don't expect....”
I cook my meal in the kitchen and the guy who works there sits there at the table with his phone at full volume. (What better thing to do while at work?) I thought the boy had hearing impairment but I speak to him at low volume at he can hear me. So apparently he finds joy in the distorted sound of a blaring cheap phone. I want to share the joy or at least find out if there's anything for me in it, so I take my cheap phone at fire it at full blast. Now we share an intimate moment of cultural exchange.

“Nice budget option in Mindo”
Great bed and in general spacious and nice room. Also it comes with your own small veranda. The hosts are very friendly and want you to enjoy your stay as best as possible. They even provide drinking water for free! Also you can use their kitchen which is not equipped with a lot of things but enough to fix yourself a dinner! It's small but clean.
