good value for money :) and well located just 10min walk from Mindelo’s city centre. Clean and nice staff with a cute terrace on top! I think its important the work they do to rescue/take care of stray dogs ❤️

I really like the concept of this place. It's affordable, and the proceeds go to the animals. The terrace in our room was great. There was a super cute cat tablecloth on the table.

“Fantastic hostel.”

Close to harbour, and beach. Spacious room, even had a balcony and private bathroom. Rooms clean and bedding fresh. Kitchen facilities if required, group room with games. One house cat, though others appear at the back door at breakfast time. Sylvia helped with any problems such as ferry times. Extremely lovely welcome, quick response to messages. Lovely place to stay.

The accommodation was well accessible. There was a shared kitchen and a roof terrace.

Amazing stay! I really felt at home. Silvia welcomed me as if we had known each other for a lifetime, giving me all the information I needed and incredibly valuable advice. I had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and clean, and the room I shared was on the second floor with a fantastic shared terrace offering stunning views. The area is quiet, yet all services are just a short walk from the beach and the town center. Highly recommended!.. …and the cause they support is fantastic! Very good vibes!

“Connection Hot Spot but the equipment needs more love”

Nice terrace, ideal to connect with people. Met some nice people there! Adorable house cat. Beautiful hostel-background based on animal rescue. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, the bathrooms and stairs are getting cleaned every day. Cynthia from the reception is helpful and nice. The hostel is close to the beach and not far from the center.

Good, comfortable stay. It's well-located in a nice neighbourhood, a short walk from the town centre and not far from the ferry port. My dorm had just 2 single beds in it and there was a nice lounge area as well as a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge and kettle.

Location with nice and calm, and a good place between the center and the beach.
