“Highly recommended to everyone”
The apartment is spacious and offers all the necessary comforts, including a very well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Everything was impeccably clean. The location is excellent — not right in the center, but only a 5-minute walk from Praia de Laginha and about 20 minutes on foot from Mindelo’s central square. What truly makes this accommodation exceptional, however, are the hosts. Celestina and Carlos made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. They arranged all the transfers we needed, and Carlos even gave us a personal tour of the island by car and drove us to the ferry terminal at 7:00 in the morning. Highly recommended to everyone.

The apartment was very well equipped, beautifully clean, and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Celestina and Carlos are a wonderful, kind couple who do their best to make sure you have everything you need. I felt like I was visiting my grandma and grandpa! Highly recommended!

Nice apartment, well positioned close to Laginha beach. The best part was the family that guested us: we had everything to eat, everyday it was refilled and they offered us some grogue and many suggestions for our trip around Capo Verde’s Island. For sure the best apartment in Capo Verde. They were more then just kind, unforgettable

“Fabulous place.”
We loved everything about our stay In the apartment. Carlos and Celestina are the best hosts you could wish for and they keep the fridge well stocked for breakfasts too, including homemade cake and jam. Celestina also made us a delicious Feijoada and Cachupa. (Thanks again Celestina ❤️) The apartment is super clean and comfortable with a great view too. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and local mini market and bakery. The town centre is a nice 15-20 minute stroll or you can catch a bus. The buses run regularly from round the corner of the apartment. We are hoping to return.

I had an amazing time at Sao Vicente. The hosts, Celestina and Carlos, made it special. The apartment was excellent with a sea view and a close distance to an amazing beach.

Great host! Very nice and comfortable apartment with the good location close to the city centre and fully equipped. Celestina is a very friendly and hospitality. The fridge was full of breakfast food, and I still remember the papaya jam. Carlos met us in the airport, the cost of the transfer was less than a taxi at the airport. We took a one-day tour of the island through apartment, it was amazing!

“welcomming”
Second time for me in Mindelo so I've decided to stay at the other side this time, close to the beach. Location is great, close to restaurants and the beautiful beach. The host was lovely, helped me immensly when my flight was delayed. Got a pick up from the ferry (came from Sao Antao) en brought me to the airport at a reasonable price. Appartment is clean, big, cozy and a lovely breakfast. Loved that there was a washing machine!

The apartment was absolutely amazing—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. The hosts (Celestina and Karlos) were incredibly kind and generous, even stocking the refrigerator with groceries for breakfast and the homemade cake. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of appliances and kitchenware, making it easy to prepare meals. The washing machine was also very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again!

“Excellent, excellent, simply excellent”
The apartment is extremely well equipped, with everything functioning. Spacy and airy. The location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk from a nice beach and ATM, 5 minutes from 2 good restaurants. Carlos will pick you up, drive you to the ferry. Celestina sees to it that you have all you need for breakfast and more.

“Feel at home in Mindelo!”
Celestina and Carlos were lovely and so was the apartment! Clean, light and airy, with great facilities, comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. Breakfast supplies were terrific and coffee was perfect. TV had loads of channels, and it was just a short walk to Laginha Beach which was perfect for swimming. Any questions we had were swiftly answered and it almost felt like staying with family. Highly recommended for your stay in Mindelo!

“Absolutely amazing place”
This apartment is situated in a fantastic position, just a short walk to the beautiful Laginha beach where you can snorkel and see lots of tropical fish. The apartment is furnished to a very high European standard. The hosts make sure everything is there for you, coffee (pods plus real coffee) tea, sugar etc. Plus breakfast. Enough food for a week, even though we were there for only two days! Nothing is too much trouble,if you have any questions,they will be answered.We got picked up for free from the ferry port,and taken to the airport for a very reasonable price. This place is an absolute gem.
