“Great host and good apartment with good location”
The apartment is very nice, beds are good, shower too, and has what is needed. The place is walking distance to all the main spots. But mainly the host, Ivan, is great! He helps with everything we need and he was super nice and friendly, without being too much. I really appreciated all his advices and recommendations!

Ivan was on hand when required and just a lovely person. Everything worked.. and had lots of space and blankets and fan for all temperature. And very safe. Felt well looked after. Great info.. and would happily go back in a heartbeat

“Great place and value for money”
Ivan probably one of nicest and most helpful hosts ever. Always replied straight away. Helped us out a lot. The apartment is clean, spacious and well organised. Would stay there again for sure.

“amazing, can't wait to go back !”
Everything was perfect ! the host was beyond nice and available for us, giving us the best tips on his island ! We loved it so much there. The water of the shower is hot, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, with everything you need, basic and simple. You even have a kitchen but we did not used it. No noise at night. The hotel is very central and close to everything by feet, we had no trouble from the center around 10minutes walking, even at night. Taxi with him as well, and his dad waited for us right when we arrived from the airport and was also very friendly. Obrigado por tudo !

The property is flawless and Ivan is a super host. He showed us the city and always made sure we were taking the best of it. The facilities are clean and safe. The location is central and convenient. We really enjoyed staying there.

“Easy access to all attractions in Mindelo at a great price and host is extremely helpful”
The location was great, an easy walk to all attractions, shops and restaurants. Good spacious bedrooms, especially the second which was perfect for 2 teenagers. We were missing a second fan and it took awhile to replace it but I know our host did his best to sort it out. The property fulfils all your basic needs at an extremely reasonable price. Pick -up from and to the airport was very much appreciated, especially for our early morning flight.

A lovely and cozy place to stay. Close to the center and the Marina. The apartments have everything you need - equipped kitchen, dishes, furniture, etc. Ivan is a friendly and hospitable host. He organized a taxi for us upon arrival and departure, answered questions, was always responsive and ready to help. We highly recommend Casa Io Goraz.
