We liked everything about Tanoa. The road there was good, not too far from the town. The cabin was nice and the bed was comfortable. The opening walldoor really gave nice extra space and the net for chilling was cool. The owner was super nice, friendly, helpful and sweet, we really liked him and these cabins he had💛

Well kept, clean, the owner was very helpful, the experience was overall fun.

Lovely owner who is very informative about the area, location is grand just a 20 mins walk down the hill to the town. The room itself is nice, very snug and has a net hammock area out the front.

Just as we imagined it would be. very private, beautiful and the location was perfect for us. We will go again. thank you Jorge!!

“Amazing place”

After spending a couple of night in Medellin, this was the perfect place to relax. The cabana is only 15-20 minutes from the small city center of Minca and is the perfect getaway to get some rest. The cabana’s are really nice, clean and private. The hosts are really nice people. Jorge even took us to a beautiful hidden spot near Pozo Azul. We had the chance to take an early morning swim together with him. Really nice people! I would really recommend this place to everyone.

“Nice stay outside of Minca”

The cabana's are really nice made and the hammocks in front are very nice. The bathroom is also very well made and the place is quite. It is a bid outside of town so if you want to return at night you can take a motortaxi.

I absolutely loved my stay at Tanoa. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest and friendliest staff you could imagine. I felt so welcomed in my little A-frame in the jungle. I loved having a private bathroom and the hammock in the treetops was the perfect place to relax with my book and listen to the sounds of the birds. I would definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Minca. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

“Beautiful, unique stay in Minca!”

Unique stay in Minca - lovely to wake up with an open air view to the jungle. Walkable to town and close to Pozo Azul and Escondida (only five minutes away and much quieter).

“Nice camping experience”

The location is great, just outside the village of Minca surrounded by green and sounds of animals. Great shower outside. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly and happy to give suggestions.

Such a cool experience staying in the cabins here. A really good base for exploring Minca but far enough away from the crowds of the main centre - we loved it here.

“Exactly as we expected.”

Tanoa was a great glambing experience. The cabins were very cozy when the door was closed but once open you feel like you're staying in the jungle. There wasn't food on site but Siemble just 5 minutes away is a great place to grab dinner or breakfast with a beautiful view of the landscape.

“Great manager, but the cabins themselves are problematic”

The manager, Diana, was an absolute angel. Totally responsive, helpful and kind! The location is convenient and the property is unique. There are two excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The town is a 20-minute walk (downhill), The plumbing works great!

It was such a nice place to stay, a bit back to the basics but with some luxury

“Highly recommend!”

Cute little hut with nice touches like net, where u can relax and observe birds, romantic night lights around the hut or opening roof/window system (we loved to chill on the bed and had that view when it was raining). Comfy bed. Jorge, the host is amazing, friendly and helpful, he gave us some great recommendations where to eat, where to go, let us taste his own coffee. The huts are located in the middle of Jorge´s own small coffee farm, little further from the town center, but closer to the nature and walking paths (u can take moto taxi approx. 5000 COP or approx. 20 min walking downhill to the center, uphill from the center). We would love to stay longer.

The cabanas themselves are so nicely built and well put together, with the private decking and net to relax in, and the nice touches like the fairy lights that come on for the evening around the property. Jorge was also so friendly and welcoming and gave us some great recommendations. The location is a little bit out of the main town of Minca but it’s easy enough to walk (about 20 mins) or get a Moto taxi (5,000 pesos), it’s also a positive as the property is close to the Escondida and Azul waterfalls

“Amazing Place to Stay in Minca”

Nature Environment The Cabaña is cozy and the Terrace it a perfect for relaxing Jorge, the owner is a very nice person. He gave us a lot of tips and he is attentive for any needs you have. The place is located around 15 minutes walking distance from the city center, good enough to be far from the noise of the city.
