Our stay was perfect! The food from the restaurant was super tasty and the staff was very lovely. The common areas and the pool are very nice and with amazing views. Keli at the front desk warmly welcomed us and proved to be very helpful :) Free (drinkable) water with ice is amazing after a hike to the waterfalls!

Great stay at La Veranda. Nice chilled music in the restaurant and lovely views from the pool area towards Santa Marta & sunset. They found a great solution for an issue and were very helpful, happy hour was nice too. We loved rhe warm shower. 20min walk to Minca is easily doable.

Lovely rooms, view and pool area. Food in the restaurant is great and nearby quiet waterfall and river is very handy! Also amazing bird watching from the terrace, huge bonus!

I loved everything, the pool with amazing sunset views, the staff, our dorm for 4 was very clean and comfy, in a separate chill house, it is close to the center but far enough to have peace, but you still have many restaurants and cafes just a 3 min walk, close to hike to Pozo Azul a La Candelaria coffee farm. Good internet connecting a places to work from with sockets.

We loved the views of the countryside and its proximity to the small waterfall in the river which was great to swim in. The staff were very friendly

This hotel is great. The views are unbelievable, the food served in the restaurant is exceptionally good, and the pool area was lovely. We had a private room (no. 6) and it was great; good AC and a strong ceiling fan. The staff are kind and helpful, and there was a nice atmosphere throughout. There is also a lovely spa right next door (literally a 1 minute walk) and a delicious pizza restaurant a 3 minute walk away, if you're looking for a break from the main restaurant.

Great location far enough out of minca to enjoy quietness and nature and easy walking distance to all waterfalls. Nicely decorated. Beautiful murals in restaurant. Food was lovely, except for breakfast. Hot water was great!

The gin and tonic was disappointing, the taste was not good. The staff experience was mixed, some employees were friendly and helpful, while others came across as uninterested and unfriendly.

Very tranquil, not too far from the centre, staff is nice and helpful (when you speak spanish), good food, perfect hot shower, cascadas walkable

Great staff. Nice pool and beach beds to chill out. Delicious cocktails, good food, great happy hour deals (for food as well). Very nice restaurant and great filter coffee.

“Amazing stay with great view”

Beautiful location, amazing view, great lounge area. We ended up extending our stay! Great atmosphere. We also felt safe to keep our room doors open for when we were staying in the lounge area (there are no windows, only big doors and curtains).
