“I was very comfortable and the facility was clean and welcoming”

We came down with Covid the day before and called hotel management asking for a refund so we wouldn’t contaminate the hotel premises and risk other hotel stayers infection. They flat out refused so we lost all +$183. Will never use Booking ever again. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.
