Location is excellent

We stayed at this hotel with our child and had a truly perfect experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable — you simply walk out of the hotel and you are right at the Duomo Cathedral, in the very heart of Milan. Everything is within walking distance, with so many wonderful restaurants, cafés, and shops all around. The staff were exceptionally kind, warm, and always very helpful, which made us feel genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were very quiet, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. The beds were extremely comfortable, and despite being in such a central location, the hotel felt peaceful and calm. There is also a small gym, which was a nice bonus. Traveling with a child can sometimes be stressful, but here we felt completely comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect central stay in Milan.

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter because we wanted to enjoy a little shopping trip, and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a more central location. The hotel is just a few steps from the Duomo, close to the Fashion District and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms were very large, spacious, and comfortable. Having the reception open 24/7 was extremely convenient, and the girls at the front desk were always kind, welcoming, and happy to assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to enjoy before starting the day. We had a wonderful stay and I will definitely come back again!

Excellent hotel in great location, very near Duomo but still quiet. Super room, spacious, bright and spotlessly clean (even under the bed with a fun message waiting for those who checked!), large bathroom, great shower, and good additions like hair dryer and excellent coffee machine. Finally, all of the staff were fab, genuinely friendly and super helpful

“3-day Stay in the Heart of Milan”

Staff; cleanness; location; room size; breakfast. A real gem of the hotel is the staff - friendly, proactive, helpful and effective. We were offered a room upgrade for an additional small price. Our room was clean, spacious, light and nicely decorated, but we would like more shelves and drawers to put our stuff, both in the room and in the bathroom. The area around the sink would be more convenient if the accessories provided by the hotel were put at a separate case or box instead of being scattered around. The location of the hotel is ideal. Everything we wanted to see was at a very short walking distance. The terrace where breakfast is served is very nice and has a beautiful view. We liked the format of the breakfast: you fill in the form one day in advance with what you choose to eat, where you want the breakfast to be served and when. Everything was delicious, especially the bio bread. The coffee is just ok, it could be better.
