What a lovely location in the Centre of Milano, very close to everything. The hosts are super friendly, very easy to exchange with. Wonderful homemade breakfast (in summer with a garden setting). Paid Parking opportunities directly outside no problem. A place to be when visiting Milano.

A lovely bed and breakfast with wonderful hosts and a couple of very friendly dogs. Breakfast on the terrace was a treat in the morning. We were made to steel very welcome and the hosts shared valuable information about Milan and recommended some local restaurants.

I originally booked this B&B because I saw they had two gorgeous dogs, but it turned out to be so much more than that. Teodora and Flavio are exceptional hosts who welcome you into their stunning home as if you were part of the family. With only two guest rooms, both located on the third floor, the atmosphere feels intimate and peaceful, with no more than four guests staying at any one time. We were fortunate to stay in the garden view room, which was simply spectacular. The rooms don’t have tea and coffee making facilities but the hosts will make you one if you request it. The location could not be more convenient for those travelling by train, as it is just a five minute walk from Central Station. Breakfast was an absolute highlight. It easily rivals that of a five star hotel, offering an impressive variety of fresh, high quality produce sourced from local markets, along with Teodora’s delicious homemade cakes baked fresh each day. This B&B is a true gem, warm, elegant and unforgettable.

“Lovely BnB”

The location is perfect for Central Station. Teodora's home is beautiful. The bedroom is very comfortable and it has a lovely balcony. There's lots of hot water and fluffy towels. Teodora made us a delicious breakfast including home made polenta cake. We had to leave very early after our 2nd night, and Teodora gave us a lovely packed breakfast. We highly recommend.

Lovely welcoming owners, great location and really peaceful and quiet even though it’s so near the station, the house is tasteful uncomfortable at the room had a great view from the terrace into the garden. Excellent breakfast.
