Beautiful and stylish hotel with very comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a great location in Milan. The staff were friendly and made the stay feel very welcoming.

Location and staff were excellent. 2 tram stops from the duomo or a 10 min walk. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by. The facilities in the hotel were also excellent.

The hotel staff were very hospitable and made us feel like at home. Check in and checkout was very efficient, room was clean and spacious, and the location is very convenient. The upstairs pool was a great spot to chill out and get some sun, and despite the pool bar being closed for renovations, the staff from the downstairs restaurant were super kind to bring us up snacks and drinks to the pool area throughout the day. It was my second time time staying at this hotel and I am very sitisfied - I will surely return next time I'm in Milan.

“Exceptional service and hospitality”

Staff were exceptional, especially Ms. Shiana, who went out of her way to greet us knowing we were from Malaysia. We received a room upgrade and even a complimentary bottle of champagne; a perfect way to cap off the end of our honeymoon. We were really touched by her hospitality and service. The room was large and clean, with all the amenities expected of a 5 star hotel. The location is also exceptional, as it is right outside of the metro and within 10 mins walking distance to the Duomo. There is basement parking if you're driving and the staff will even help you register your car for the Area C ZTL, where the hotel is located. Overall, the hotel staff made us feel very welcome and we'll be sure to stay at the Radisson again the next time we're in Milan.

The staff was really helpful - especially Sofia that checked us in. She upgraded us for our anniversary to the suite room and had chocolates and balloons waiting in our room for us. The hotel is beautiful and amenities were great.

Super great place to stay in Milan. The hotel's facilities are very nice, and the rooms are also well-equipped and cozy. Additionally, the location is pretty central and about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast had limited selection. No waiters to be found so every order we had to wait 10 mins minimum. Coffee station queues and no once cares.
