Excellent location close to all of the central sites. Very easy to access the building and the room with a single code. Communication was very clear and timely. The staff on reception were friendly and beyond helpful. Very comfy bed!

The location was great

Location is very convenient for Milan attractions with many of them in the walking distance; it was spoilt a bit by construction works nearby that made noise overnight, but this was tolerable. The one bedroom apartment that we stayed in was on the ground floor, yet as this is an elevated floor then not much interference with the street, and the street itself is quiet. Breakfast was included and offered some choice if not much; it was all well-cooked and nicely served, the staff serving breakfast were very welcoming and efficient. A little life hack: the breakfast room has an entrance not only from the apart hotel but also from the street, and serves locals as a small outlet for a cup of morning coffee on the way to their daily business, with sofas and coffee table area that gives some natural separation from the area intended for the hotel residents. This was not a problem and the Italian language is beautiful :-) but if you prefer quieter time for breakfast, you may want finishing it by 9 o'clock - the advice we most of time didn't follow ourselves as we are late sleepers and consider watching local customs a part of a guest experience.

Great central location. Room larger than expected and loved having a little balcony. Quiet area that suited us. Having lockers to store your luggage for free before check in and after check out was a great advantage.

Really beautiful, has all the amenities you need. The Lockers were so useful to store our large luggages. It's also super close the centre.
