“scammed, awful customer service not worth even considering them.”
They wouldn’t let me change my dates or cancel my booking after immediately contacting them and explaining my issue, booking.com even offered them to waive all commission. They would rather profit of the mistake of the booking than get a commission free re booking.

We had a great time at the hotel. The hotel has a modern, cool design and the staff are friendly, quick and competent. Thanks to the staff for providing me with desinfection liquid since I had a little cut on my toe. Beds are very comfortable. The location is quite good.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Carlo on front desk. Rooms were spacious and clean and we had a lovely terrace and view. Location was convenient to transport (we were in Milan for the Olympics) restaurants and shops. Very family friendly as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room and comfortable beds. The hotel has fitness and spa facilities available to guests. The breakfast is very good.

This is not the first time we have stayed at the hotel. The location and the restaurant were very good in my opinion, and the staff working in the restaurant do their job excellently and with great concentration.
