Very nice stuff. Very helpful and passionate. Always open to help and suggest some options to make your stay very comfortable. Thank you, guys! Especially I would like to mention Ferruccio, his kind attitude and passion . Thank you! Also, I would like to mention that the price is even higher the value of the service and stay. Budget, and great. There is a nice bar downstairs with rather affordable prices.

“Lovely and welcoming hostel”
Great location. The hostel and bistrot have a great vibe, lots of activity and a welcoming atmosphere. Good court live music. The concept of the private apartment was great for a couple. The bistrot offers some perks for hostel guests.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. It was easy to check-in and ask for whatever was needed. The breakfast provided was excellent and there was a lot of variety. The dormitory was clean and spacious.

I stayed at this hostel on this Wednesday night and had a really great experience. What made my stay truly exceptional was the customer service. Both receptionists were absolutely amazing — the gentleman working the evening shift was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the lady at the reception in the morning was just as wonderful and made the whole experience even better. Their positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived until I left. It’s rare to experience such genuinely kind and attentive service, and it definitely made my stay memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming place to stay.
