Cinzia is a perfect host. The apartment is equipped with everything one might need and more. Sauna is an amazing asset. All in all this is a great accommodation.

Warm and homely feeling

I never found a better equipped appartement in all my travels. The Casa Colorata was just amazing. Friendly communication, flexible check in and just about everything you could imagine included. Loads of Coffee, Tea, 3 different Balsamico to taste, a ton of amazing spices, Soda Stream, Fridge, Dishwasher, charging cables everywhere, fast internet etc. The secure parking is just a few steps away. The surrounding is very quiet and conveniently near the concert venue I needed to go. To sad it was just one night so I could not experience the Sauna. I would definitely go back if I ever have the chance.

The flat itself was relatively easy to find, although the use of the app to get the main door open presented some challenges. Therefore, advisable to ensure your Smartphone or iPhone is well charged and that you have internet/bluetooth capabilities. Not the easiest of accesses, but once inside, keys were provided. The apartment was spacious and just right for one person or couple. Tea and coffee were provided, the place was very clean with little touches here and there throughout to make you feel as though you were in your own home. It would have been nice to have met the owner in person to thank them for the excellent facilities.

Large and very well equipped room, fully modern and well decorated, near Bocconi and the park. Comfortable bed. I particularly appreciated the coffee pods in the morning and the charging cable next to the bed. I did not have the time to try the sauna due to late arrival but hope to do it next time. Very responsive host too. Thank you!

Everything, the location the cleanliness and most importantly the host. Cinzia is a very kind person she help us with early checkin as we were with a child. There were so many books and toys for our child to play with

This place is top notch amazing. Honestly, if every place I stayed could be like this one! The ease of the app to enter ( so good! ) and the attention to detail is unbelievable. Coffee pods, teas, sparkling and still water, beers in the fridge, apples for snacks. Unbeatable. We will be back!

Everything—I do mean everything—was perfect: the hospitality, the location, the room's facilities and equipment, and the bed. Don't hesitate; just book it. One mo thing, you can walk to the Navigli Grande here in 25 minutes, and for morning coffee, turn right out of the building and walk for two minutes to the corner.....

This is the best apartment I have ever stayed in Italy. The room is very spacious and beautifully designed. It’s very cozy and feels just like home. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a generous supply of various seasonings, tea bags, and coffee. The host is very passionate about making you feel at home.

The place was superb! I wasn’t expecting how convenient the place is. There were toys and books for our little guy. We asked for cot and high chair, it was there waiting for us. Our apartment was clean and well stocked. Cherry on top is the sauna.
