Staff at check in were so friendly- sweets at the desk are a nice treat after a flight. Really nice hotel.

Spacious lobby with comfortable seating and iced water on tap. Large room, nice shower and a good breakfast. Tram stop nearby. short walk to Metro.

The hotel was great from start to finish. First impressions on arrival were excellent — the reception was welcoming and friendly, and the bar area had a really nice atmosphere. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was superb. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout, and there was a great choice of food. The location is also very convenient, with a tram stop just 2 minutes away and a metro station about a 6-minute walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes, offering a good variety of options. I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending it to others.

The breakfast room had a relaxing taste and vibe. Breakfast had many many options including omelettes made to order by a wonderful friendly chef. The quality and variety was delicious and delightful

Great breakfast, very friendly staff, spacious room with comfortable beds. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the tram stops almost in front of the hotel, which is by far the easiest way to get to the city center.

“It was sufficient.”

The location was close to the stadium, which is why we were there. The staff were nice and they had a decent restaurant.

The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. The lobby is spacious & a great place to sit & relax. The bar area is delightful, offering a restaurant service also. The room was comfortable & clean with unusual decor & daily maid service. The bathroom was a good size with a rainfall shower and, although the hairdryer didn’t work, we were immediately given a new one from reception. The hotel is outside the city centre, however, there is a great tram service which runs every 7 mins right outside the hotel & takes you directly into the middle of Milan.

Breakfast was wide ranging and fresh, room was clean, lobby was nicely decorated.

“Fantastic staff, great breakfast and rooms”

The staff were amazing, from when we checked in with Martina to our evening drinks and conversations with Matteo who really took the time to speak with us when not serving and for breakfast we were welcomed and looked after by Jessica and cooked a fantastic omelette by Leon who also was keen to see how we were enjoying our stay. The breakfast here is the best I’ve had in a hotel for years!
