Overview
BB Hotels Residenza Città Studi is 5 minutes' walk from Piola Metro Station and next to Milan's Politecnico University. Opened in April 2012, it offers modern apartments with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, 17 km from the Expo 2015 exhibition centre. The apartments are spacious and comfortable with wooden floors. They include a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. BB Hotels Città Studi Residenza is just a few steps from the University and Piazza Leonardo da Vinci. It has excellent tram and metro links around the city centre and is easily reached from the Lambrate exit of the A51 motorway.

The location, cleanliness, and good value for money; it's close to the tram stop directly to Milan's city center, with pizzerias nearby and a Carrefour supermarket fairly close as well. Easy late check-in and professional receptionists, I recommend it.

Smooth check in process, spacious room, cozy sheets, good location (19 mins by tram to the duomo), complete kitchen tools and appliances (the dishwasher was a big plus)

Very good position, directly in front of the tram stop. The personnel was very kind. Big room. The kitchen was well equipped. Good price for Milan standards.

Good location - few steps to the tram stop and just 5 minutes walk from Piola train station. Both rooms are really clean. Superb hospitality from Enzo and other staff - immediate response from them.

Very clean and cozy, in a very peaceful area of the city, you have easy access to public transport (the tram and buses have stations very close to the hotel) and the young lady from the reception was extremely kind and polite to us, even gave us some tips about going around in the city and city attractions. Will definitely recommend to others :)
