I like the location and the reception team were very nice to me. Also the facility where I stayed was clean, tidy and I like it that there was a bathroom inside the bedroom. I also like the fact that there was an option for girls dormitory, it helps to make me feel comfortable :)

Staff was friendly—great, cool story. Now let's talk about the actual shit-show. No internet upstairs!! And I was on the *first* floor—so God knows how bad it is for the poor people higher up. Oh, and it was fucking boiling. The air conditioner was so pathetic it couldn't cool the room all night. I was sweating like a pig, tossing and turning, barely slept a goddamn minute. And the room? Crammed like a sardine can for 6 people. The only decent things? Location and free cold water—wow, bare fucking minimum. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy unless they fix this mess. Especially the AC—when it's 40 degrees out, that's not a luxury, it's a necessity. Bottom line: absolutely not worth the money I paid. A total rip-off.

“Great place”
Beds are comfortable with en suite bathroom, and they do their best to accommodate requests (i.e., lower bunk). Staff was friendly and spoke English. There is a bar with reasonably priced drinks and a restaurant that is open 3 nights a week. There are also lots of spaces to relax or socialize in. It's a 40 min walk from the train station, and there are bus/metro stops close by. It's also centrally located, close to the Duomo, Vittoria Emmanuele Galleria, La Scala, and many other tourist sights.
