Comfy bed and quiet room

“Excellent”

I chose this hotel because the one I usually book in Milan was fully booked and honestly, it was the best thing that could have happened. The room was much bigger, and the bathroom was also very spacious, plus it had a bidet, which was a huge positive for me. The location is perfect, very close to the Duomo. The staff was extremely kind, the WiFi worked perfectly, and the room was spotless every single day. I will definitely come back again without a doubt.

Breakfast was nice. No staff there to interact with. Everything laid out neatly and replenished. Receptionist was efficient and to the point, no chit chat. Elevator is horrible. Slow and creaking, its glass and the alternative steps are metal fire escape design. Not great if heights are an issue for you. Our room was on high floor, I hated using the lift. It seemed in need of a good wash and some maintenance as it seemed in need of a service.

It is in the city center, close to everything but still quite. Clean room, comfortable beds, helpful staff, coffee machine in the room

I liked the location of the hotel, very well located. I have to say the bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable.

The staff was super nice and quick with check-in. The room was super clean and bigger than expected. We received allot of different Lavazza coffee for the room and tea. The staff was very helpful with directing us to where we wanted to go and gave us all the possible options in the city. Also very close to major tourist attractions and good restaurants.

Everything was very nice. The location is in the center of the town, near to everything. The room was comfort, clean and quiet. All the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with many choices of salty and sweet options. I recommend this hotel and i will prefer stay here again in the future.

Location couldn’t have been better, room was lovely, nice decor and very clean with everything you could possibly need. Had a beautiful terrace off our room. Breakfast was lovely, great choice. No bar but lots of drinks and snacks you could purchase at reception for a very reasonable price.
