The staff is nice and helpful about the recommendations. Good that there are ac’s in the room. Room was spacious enough for us, the cleaning was good. Location is around 7 minutes walk from the closest subway, but the tram is just steps away. Quite location

“Fabulous”
Very nice room with a fantastic bathroom and great location - we walked to the cathedral and all the sights on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice to have an outside space, too, where you can sit and have a drink while seeing the world go past.

“An unforgettable stay in the heart of Milan”
Our experience was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The hotel has an exceptional location, perfect for exploring Milan on foot and enjoying the city with ease. The property is elegant, spotless, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect place to relax after a day in the city. We especially want to highlight Tommaso and the entire reception team. Their service was outstanding: always warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Tommaso gave us fantastic recommendations for exploring Milan, from iconic spots to amazing local restaurants, and thanks to his suggestions we were able to experience the city in a much more authentic and memorable way. You can truly tell he cares about making guests feel special. This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

An extremely well located hotel, allowing easy walking to the key tourist sites. The hotel manager (Antoine) was exceptionally helpful when we arrived in both sorting out a pre check-in bag drop off and spending time to suggest the best sites to see.

We usually stay here when in Milan. It can't be faulted. the staff are particularly friendly and helpful. The valet parking, while not cheap, is a great, carefree bonus.
