The hotel's location and surroundings were generally good. It was nice to have a Carrefour supermarket right next door. Breakfast was generally satisfactory. The room and bathrooms were clean.

We travel often, but we have never encountered such arrogance, rudeness, and disrespect as we did here. We stayed for one night, and the room cost 140 euros. We were placed in a room under the roof on the 8th floor - a room with no windows. If you open the window frame, you find yourself in a recess with a single opening to the sky. Fine, one can spend a night without a view of the city. But the air conditioning did not work. On May 27th in Milan it was 35°C, and being in that room was unbearable, even in the evening and at night. We asked the front desk to change our room, but the clerk refused and offered us a fan instead. We were told the problem would be dealt with “tomorrow.” We sat downstairs at reception until midnight, where it was at least cool, then went back up - but it was impossible to stay in the room. Only after speaking with a different clerk at 2:30 a.m. were we finally moved to a room with working air conditioning. I recommend no one stay at this hotel

Location and helpful and friendly staff

Very nice hotel. The staff were amazing, starting from check in to check out. We had to check our really early for our flight, and the person at the reception was really nice to have a breakfast box given to us, since breakfast wasnt opened yet. The location is good, 1 min walk from the metro. The room size was pretty big, so we had a lot of space.

100% 4 stars hotel, staff very professional, location very convenient, 3 minutes walk from " Turro" metro station. they have welcome drink on arrival of your choice you can have anytime during your stay. and small token of Italian taste, before your check out you will find in your room. check in and check out business class! breakfast beyond 4 stars.

Big room for one person, clean. Nice staff, welcome drink, personalized welcome card with chocolate praline. Fitness. Close to the metro.
