“Amazing!”
The location is amazing, the view of the Duomo itself would already be enough to make it worth the price. Besides that, it was a great stay, very comfortable and really clean! I definitely recommend it and would come back

“Left stranded with an infant and no compensation!!!!”
At first booked the stay at Milan Adore, an apartment just 2 min from the Duomo and just a couple of min after we landed in Milano we were not receiving the credentials for the check in. Trying to contact the property and after a lot of failed attempts they told us that the property was unavailable due to some problems in the building. Being left out in the middle of the street with a 4 month old baby with no other choice was a total disaster. They reallocated us in another property 40 min away and they promised us that they would give us back part of the money, but even though 3 months later nothing came back. We paid for an apartment which was 2x more expensive, no reimbursement at all! For 2 nights we paid more than 150€ of taxis so we can get from our apartments to our destination in the city centre. Paid 300€ for an apartment which its value was 100€. The apartment itself was ok, beds need to be changed. We requested a cot which said that it was available but didn’t make it on our room, however nothing more i can say but the way we were treated left something to be desired. DON’T recommend it and I will never go back.

“Best location and view, but very cold room”
The location is amazing, you are literally in the very center, surrounded by all the shops. The balcony have a view of the Duomo. The room is spacious and luxurious, with a large beautiful bathroom, and the metro is very close. Location 10/10

“Excellent location with an amazing authentic Italian breakfast!”
Location cannot be better, practically next to the cathedral. Modern interior with lots of space. Breakfast was in a close, local coffeehouse with amazing food and very nice staff.
