The chef was selective who to serve multiple times she would take orders for people standing after me in line! They remove the food while you are on. The table and the timing is very limited for the meals serving time

7 day stay over New year.. Wonderful resort with a heated indoor pool and direct beach access. Great variety of food in the buffet restaurant. Fabulous staff.

Wow, it's an absolutely brilliant place. Im so happy that I chose this hotel because it's a truly amazing experience. From people who cook food to waiters, they give their heart for you to be happy when it comes to food. Its such a nice ambience,good atmosphere. Kudos to entertain department, because every day is so so much activity. They made this holiday so much fun,and they put so much effort to lift up people dancing and have fun in general. Rooms are very nice and clean!

“Perfect stay for a family with babies”

- Buffet: Very good. I don’t understand the comments complaining. Must be picky foodies. On top of that, if you don’t like it, there are several restaurants on the hotel site as well - Sports facilities: The gym is decent for people training with dumbbells. Football pitch is very nice and the basketball court is good for streetball (it’s half a court). Tennis courts seemed good as well (didn’t test) - Swimming pools areas: 4 different ones, so you may pick the which matches your vibe: to the quiet one, kids water park or one of the 2 near the buffet restaurant - Activities: more than enough for everyone - Tea/chicha lounge: very authentic and chill - Room quietness: make sure to ask for a room in the building of the 2000s, facing the backyards as no noise reaches there - The beach - The themed parties in the evening

Activities and Food

The hotel was excellent for our family. Lots of things to do, sports, water sports and activities all included in price. Special thanks to entertainment team who made our stay so much fun! Our kids aged 15 and 9 loved it and there is also kids club where kids can join for few hours! Food was also amazing! We will definitely return!

I would like to take a few minutes of my time to describe the experience we had at this resort, as I believe that it's often the people we interact with who make the real difference during a holiday. I can't help but congratulate and thank once again the fantastic entertainment team - I was truly impressed by their talent. Even though our stay was short, each of them has a special place in our memories. Ekrem, who left a mark with his involvement during the games and his great passion; Levke and Jasmine, who every day found a way to get me off my sunbed to enjoy a few carefree minutes; Kiahra, whose yoga lesson helped me rediscover muscles I didn’t remember having; Mehdi, who somehow managed to make me fall in love with tennis; Willy, who kept trying to help me hit the target in archery; all the dancers, incredibly skilled and fast - especially Wesley, who has a fire and energy that is truly impressive. A big thank you also to the restaurant staff, extremely attentive to our habits and always available - especially Moez, best waiter ever! 😄

Large resort with many facilities for children

We loved this beautiful resort with lovely rooms, very friendly staff, great facilities and activities and delicious food. We arrived late at night due to a delayed flight and were pleasantly surprised by plates of food waiting for us in the room, that was a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel. We would definitely love to come back again.

The staff was amazing, personnel very polite and helpful. Special thanks for the wise man at the reception Mr Mohammed. The food was also good.

Nice location, clean and wide beach

“This is a hotel that should be 30% cheaper. It is not worth this price.”

Although it was not very big, the Aqua park was not bad for Tunisian standards. The staff is generally helpful. They also helped us check in 2 hours early as the room was available. In general, there was no feeling of crowding. Our room was close to the beach and aquapark. Overall room size and use were good. Although not perfect, the beach cleaning was not bad.

Good hotel , comfortable rooms , good staff,friendly and experienced. Variety and delicious food with good service. On my next trip, I should try it again .
