“Good location and clean”
The Motel and RV Park are under new owners. There was alot of renovations being done when I stayed. An older motel but keep very clean. Well kept grounds and a large swimming pool. It is walking distance to town and near the Harvest Moon walking trail.

The staff was wonderful Accommodated a late check-out with no issues. The room was comfortable and clean. The grounds were great, pool was a big hit for my daughter

Its a fantastic, quiet spot. Extremely clean and smelt great going in. The AC was also already on before I got there, which was very convenient on a hot day. Had an easily accessible pool, and the outside area was well maintained.

“Okay for a one-night stay”
The on-site manager was very helpful when we arrived, assisting with all the issues we encountered, given that this mobile home is rather dated and not everything works as expected. What we loved was the space and the comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the terrace with the barbecue, which was an added bonus.

The accommodation's location was perfect for a fishing trip I was making to Middleton. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the space was adequate. The staff were great, very responsive and made the check-in and check-out process very easy. This was not my first stay at the Orchard Queen and I wouldn't hesitate to return there again.

“Convenient but not exciting”
