Great location, a few minutes away from the historical center. Very nice house, comfortable, well furnished with everything you need, documentation and maps about Middleburg and its surroundings are available. The only regret is that we have not had the chance to meet with Peter and Ingrid, who were very accommodating, available and flexible during our stay. The welcoming snacks and breakfast were also very much appreciated.

Everything! Location was quiet and very close to the centre, the house was super cosy with the natural walls and all the wood from furniture and floors. There was lots of toys/puzzles/games which our toddler loved. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need and more. And the hosts were amazing, super friendly, helpful and made us feel like home. With a home cooked breakfast on one of the days! Would definitely stay here if we come to Middelburg again!

This apartment was a delight. It was in a very quiet residential area, a two storey house full of character and homely furnishings including a piano, lots of books and dvds. To reach the upper floor was via a steep staircase, so probably unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was fine. Kitchen facilities perfectly adequate, and the washing machine was a bonus. Our host Peter lives in a separate house a few steps away. He was extremely helpful and kind, leaving a welcome couple of bottles of wine, cheese, bread, fruit and other items in the fridge. He also provided us with a car parking badge ( valid for up to 2 hours outside) and advised where we could park for free long term, only a 5 minute walk away. We were pleasantly surprised also when Peter said he would bring us breakfast on our first morning, as this was not expected. And it was lovely and fresh, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, rolls, pastries, ham and cheese. Fab! We were very comfortable there, and enjoyed several hours in Middleburg, plus a gorgeous seafood restaurant in town called Basalt, about a 15 minute walk away. There is also a superb supermarket quite nearby called Jumbo which has a great variety of produce. A lovely base for exploring other local towns such as Domburg and Veere.
