- Convenient location, within 10 min. walking distance to city centre - Free parking - Very friendly and welcoming host - Lovely outdoor patio in joint garden - Cosy - Eye for detail - Well-equipped: even though not a self-catering/holiday home still equipped with a little fridge, microwave, cutlery, plates, glassware, etc. Would definitely come back if visiting Middelburg again.

“Peace very near the old city centre”

Beautifully renovated room with peace and yet it is a walking distance to town centre. Kids loved the 3-stories bunk bed. There was a big enough table for 5 of us and also cutlery + microwave, and coffee and tea facilities.

nice accomondation with some personal touch. The book in the room explained a bit more background story of the accomodation and the owner's effort, which makes the expereince even more unique. Rooms were well arranged showing their persistance in even tiny details. Good location to the city center. Quite in the evening. Cute neighborhood. Parking area available which is very convenient

Very nice and cosy hotel room, easy to find with parking included. It's actually two rooms attached to a family home, which isn't immediately clear from the listing. But it's clean and the rooms furnishings are pretty luxe which is nice :). There isn't really a check-in and it's more run like an airbnb, but this was a plus point for me!

Beautiful location! In the room was a book with photos which gives you an nice inside look on the renovations. The view from the hottub is magical, especially during the evening. Rooms are clean and beds are good. Small refrigerator with some supplies such as coffee and other local beverages were very helpful since we arrived in the evening. The owners are generous, kind and answers questions quickly via message on booking and respected our privacy. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a special accomodation during their stay in Middelburg.

Gorgeous converted church, cute garden and terrace. Our host was super lovely, nice to hear about the renovation and see pictures in a book left in the room. The breakfast items left for us were helpful and thoughtful. A short walk into Middelburg and space to park the car was a big plus too.

Very comfortable and well-equipped room. The decor is also really tasteful which makes it feel more unique and special! Smooth check-in and good communication from the hosts. We definitely want to come back again in a warmer season to enjoy the nice garden!

An amazing building a converted church with garden.The room is spacious with comfortable bed, Flatscreen digital TV with variety of entertainment services. There is a fridge stocked with a variety of complementary items. There is outside space a small patio and chairs overlooking the garden. The location is in a quiet street just outside the town centre which is a short walk away. Parking is available at the property. The hosts were friendly a welcoming. I will definitely plan to stay here again when I next visit

the room was large, the location good (<10 minutes walk to the town & restaurants), the owner's were super friendly & helpful, free parking space in the lane. proper size supermarket nearby.

The accomodation is perfect for a family with three children (even teenagers). The welcome is warm and the place beautiful. There is a small fridge and a terrace with a large table. You can also park your car. To sum up, a great accomodation when you want to visit Zeland.

The old converted church was excellent. The story of the conversion was interesting to see. The hosts showed us and told about the project and future plans.

A lovely, quiet location, close to the centre of the old part of Middelburg. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy. The breakfast that we took in our room was generous and tasty. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. They are obviously proud of the conversion of the old church, and rightly so!

A pleasant stay in a striking recently restored church - quirky place with attractive design features and room opening on to family garden. A good welcome from the hosts. Comfortable bed. Quiet area of town but near shops and town centre facilities.
