Our stay was great and it was an amazing experience! The accommodation is very cozy, quiet, comfortable and very clean. We also enjoyed wonderful view of the garden. The breakfasts were great. We had all sorts of cooked breakfasts every day different. We had the best care we could get from Selen. Thank you so much for your kindness and your warm hospitality. We absolutely loved our stay in Selen's Apartment and will definitely come back.

Selen met me at the airport and drove me to the apartment view the local supermarket so I could do a small shop and get necessities it - now that was REALLY helpful - set me up for a few days! She also provided dinner that night (delicious fish and salad) and breakfast the next morning! WOW. Selen is an exceptional host - going more than the extra mile to help you settle in and feel at home, nothing is too much trouble for this lovely hospitable lady. She really is one in a million! The big tele - brilliant - and lots of channels to choose from - right up my street. The good wifi. The lovely water cooler - now that was a real bonus - cold spring water at the touch of a button - wonderful and extremely thoughtful - a first in ANY of the apartments I have hired in 16 years coming to the Caribbean - well done Selen! A really comfy double bed - I had a great night's sleep every night.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in a beautiful, peaceful setting with an amazing view to the rear of the property. Furnishings were luxurious and the kitchen was very well equipped. Selen's breakfast every morning was delicious and a real treat. She also treated us to fruit from her beautiful garden and made us tea using the various leaves also from the garden. Selen is a great host and made our stay a perfect one. We would have loved to have stayed for longer if we could!

“Nice appartment if a great host in rural St. Lucia”

Selen is an extraordinary kind and warmhearted host. Always helpful. The apartment is big, has a well equipped kitchen, nice bedroom and a good shower. The neighborhood is rural, calm and off the touristic path. We had a good walk up to the forest reserve.

Selen was incredibly friendly and had bananas waiting for us and water was provided throughout our stay. The apartment was so cosy with gorgeous art and generally beautiful interior! We would definitely stay here again.

Selen welcomed us very warmly, prepared a folder with important information about the island, etc., and brought fruit from her garden. During our stay, the refrigerator broke, Selen ordered a new one and within a few days the problem was solved.

Selen is a great host. Appartment is very spacious confortable and well equipped. Has everything to spend à nice stay. Selen can provide a transfer from the airport for USD 30 dinner for USD 30 per person and breakfast for USD 15 per person. Micoud is à 35 minutes drive from the airport. No restaurant around and no supermarket. Have to go to Vieux Fort. Selen recommended a nice restaurant near the airport The Reef. Very Nice friendly staff good food and affordable price. If you stay there must have a car . Roads on this island are in bad conditions. Potholes everywhere curves. Driving takes a long time. No signs no indication and crazy drivers. It is better to hire a taxi with à local. I regret having rented a car. Traffic is horrible near Castries. I had a second stay in Anse la Rayé. Good location to see Soufriere and go to the North.

I had a lovely stay at Selen's home, the photos and description are a true reflection of the property. Selen is a very friendly hostess, nothing is too much trouble and she is always on hand if you need her. The house is clean and spacious with all the amenities that you would need for a home away from home. If it is isn't there ask and Selen will do her best to accommodate you. If you have any issues Selen quickly resolves them. A car is ideal if you are staying here. It is on a main road but it is very quiet. All the facilities are in good working order and there are large tv's in both the lounge and the main bedroom which have streaming services on them. Fans are provided for the living room and other bedroom, , however the air conditioning in the main bedroom is very good. A very nice stay with an excellent hostess. I have booked to return.
