Everything was perfect, the hosts make the difference. The breakfast is amazing and the house is clean and beautiful.

Great B&B run by a lovely couple. The rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable. We had a great breakfast every morning. Gilda and Oscar very extremely friendly and helpful :) hope to be back one day!

“Highly recommended real b&b”

The hosts even though they didn’t speak our language were extremely kind and nothing was too much trouble. The translator was in full use and we learnt a lot about the area. Facilities were great and breakfast was anything we wanted. First class cappuccinos. Bikes safely stored in the garage. A true b & b which are hard to find these days. I recommend going out of your way to way to stay here, we would certainly come again if we revisit this area.

Lovely B&B about 5 mins drive from the Autostrada. We used it as a halfway stop from Milan to the Dolomites. Lovely old home on the edge of town. About 5 min walkalong the road into the village through vineyards. Lovely outlook. Lovely breakfast on the terrace. Bathroom was very good although it was across the corridor from the bedroom but was only for your use. Staff were excellent and stayed up for our late arrival .

We stayed for one night, but wish we would’ve stayed longer. The couple running the place are the most sweet and lovely people. It was just like visiting family. The rooms and bathroom were spacious, and the breakfast made by the hostess was wonderful. We will definitely come back if we are in the area some other time!

This B&B is a gem!! 10 points are not enough for B&B La Fosina I would rate this 20 points if I could. It's an absolutely beautiful place, surrounded by mountains, vineyards and a river. The couple who is running the B&B is so lovely and are helping with everything. I had by far the best breakfast ever!!

The hosts made us feel unbelievably welcome since we arrived. Were very attentive to us and our baby son. The B&B seems to be quite new and is located in a fascinating location. I definitely recommend this accommodation. We are only sorry we spent just one night.

The room and bathroom were modern, super clean, and spacious. Clear attention to details and high-quality amenities. Comfortable bed (mattress on the firm side, but not too firm). Very kind and helpful hosts. Quiet rooms and surrounding. Lovely view from the balcony. Short car drive to good restaurants. Very good home-made breakfast. Free car park. I only stayed for one night, but this place justifies a longer stay as a base for trips around the area.

“Superb, just how a good B&B should be”

Everything! Warm welcome on arrival, I was offered a free beer to drink on wonderful terrace after a long motorcycle ride. The couple who run this place are just lovely people, you can tell that they enjoy and care about what they do. My room was super clean, really comfy bed, brand new looking en-suite private bathroom. Ceiling fan worked really well for keeping cool.the hosts told me about a nearby funicular ride up to mountain top, they arranged a free ticket for me and also offered to drive me the 1:3 km to the funicular and/or to pick me up. I chose to walk as wanted some exercise after a long days ride. The surrounding countryside is stunning, dramatic, an amazing (free) skywalk once you get the funicular up. I had amazing breakfast on outdoor terrace, Oscar made me a lovely omelette, great coffe, nice bread. Hosts kindly allowed me to keep my motorcycle in his garage. If this is free, book it! I found a great pizza restaraunt in local village for evening meal also. Hosts make excellent use of phone to translate and communicate with me. Thanks so much. Seriously good value for money.

Ermenegilda and Oscar were undoubtfully the most welcoming owners of B&B /agriturismo we have met over the last 14 years since our first holidays stay in Italy in 2010. Their B&B La Fosina was a comfortable and impeccable place for 2 our short overnight stays. It happened to us the second time during our frequent visits to Italy when the housekeeper(s) asked us what we would like to eat the next day for our breakfast. Absolutely surprising, family-like atmosphere. The hospitability of the owners and some scenic views around their property not to be forgotten by us for a long time.

Amazing hosts. I was cycling with my kids (9 and 7 years) and spent one night. We were greeted with biscuits, juice and cafe and had an wonderful torta di mela and Omelett for breakfast
