Overview
Set in a renovated, 1790s building, this B&B is located in Mèze, just 500 metres from the beaches. It has a small garden and guests are invited to relax on the shaded terrace. All of the rooms at Les Palmiers are uniquely decorated and feature a wooden floor, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Some of the rooms also include a furnished terrace. Continental breakfast is served every morning in the communal lounge or on the terrace. The B&B overlooks one of the main avenues of the city and paid private parking is available on site on request. Sète is 19 km from the B&B. Oyster tasting can be arranged 50 metres away and the Etang de Thau is a 10-minute walk away.

Soon as you drive through the gate you are greeted with a very beautiful house with a great style and wonderful surroundings. We love our spacious room that has a high ceiling and the very comfortable spacious bed. We very much enjoyed the balcony which was perfect for late night star gazing with a glass of wine on the loungers and seats.

“Beautiful unique property, perfect for a romantic stay.”
The breakfast is okay but limited. Hard boiled eggs would be a good addition for more protein. Very relaxed atmosphere and spacious bedroom. We also had a balcony which was beautiful. The bathroom was also very tastefully decorated and looked new.

Attractive B&B situated on the main road but within easy reach of the towns amenities and harbour . We received a very nice welcome . Our room was well decorated ,spacious and comfortable . Excellent breakfast . We really enjoyed out stay .

“Beautiful Old House”
Beautiful old house with quality / stylish rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Modern, quiet air con units. Access to a fridge freezer. Hosts were a lovely friendly couple, both with good English. Just a stroll from town centre and harbour side restaurants.

It is a very nice chambre d'hôtes - the hosts are super nice and helpful, the rooms a very clean and pretty. The breakfast has everything one needs, fresh fruits, fresh baguette and croissants and - if one wants - actual cappuccino or latte. Which is very important because almost no place in Mèze has (good) cappuccino / latte etc. unless you like your coffee with whipped cream or water. They offer the breakfast in a patio outside or inside, one can see the ocean / the bassin from the top floor and it is super close to the garden, the market, the main square and the beach /port which is all within walking distance. The only thing one has to keep in mind is that it is located at one of the bigger streets and thus, one sometimes can hear car noises. But for us, it was not a problem.

Easy to find and off street parking a huge bonus. The owners were charming and full of knowledge about the area. The breakfasts were delicious and they even prepared one for us the night before we left as we had an early departure. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated and the bathroom a delight. We could come and go as we pleased and it was only a short stroll to the harbour. Will stay again!
