Overall experience was very good. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Staff were extremely polite and attentive. Did not have breakfast and hence unable to comment.

This hotel is possibly the most frequently dusted, swept, cleaned and mopped place I have ever experienced. The breakfast offered was fabulous. Great coffee. Inviting pool. Fantastic rooms. Great space and pretty decor.

The rooms had just been renovated and are absolutely beautiful. Huge and very well decorated. The location is very nice, on top of a hill, with stunning views of the desert. Swimming pool is very big.

For all the hotels I stayed in UAE, Liwa Hotel had the best value for money! The room is verrrryyyy bbiiiigggg! And the height of the room is generous. Also the hotel is very clean and I don’t have to use my own towel. I don’t know why there are not many customers here (maybe it was off season), but if you come to Liwa, I highly recommend this hotel! The staff are very friendly, there is a big swimming pool and gym facilities etc.

I had a wonderful stay at Liwa Hotel. The location is quiet and offers a perfect escape into the beauty of the desert, yet the hotel feels welcoming and comfortable. Mr. Redoy greeted me at the reception with a warm smile that immediately made me feel welcome. Since it was my first time staying at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a thoughtful gesture and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, ensuring a fresh start to the day. I met the chef personally, and he was very friendly and answered all my questions about the food very professionally. The pool area was one of the highlights—spacious, clean, and surrounded by spectacular views, making it the ideal place to relax. Overall, the combination of excellent hospitality, a peaceful setting, and wonderful facilities made my stay truly enjoyable.

“Professional hospitality”

This can be called a real profession of hospitality by itself. Not only very nice, but also very highly qualified stuff (especially Mr. Redoy). Very clean rooms and common areas as well. Interiors furnished with a realy good taste with high quality equipement. Finally the food fulfilled all the expectations with a high variety. The hotel has a very good access to the road taking you to the Moreeb Dune and the desert in general, but in the same time is localized on a very nice hill a descent distanse from the main road so it is quiet and you're not disturbed by cars.
