“the stay was poor, only one remote, you wait for a long time at the gate and that is risky.”
No breakfast. No milk, only coffee, no variety on tea. There was no WIFI and aircon not working. I was expecting basics in the room. I had to store my food in the main kitchen. No bar fridge in the rooms

I didn’t even sleep at the guesthouse, when I was on my way I received a call from them telling me that they are fully booked. They said I must cancel and I told them it is impossible because I already made the payment. I then can on the Tuesday after and I spoke to them and asked for a refund, I’m still waiting and they are no longer taking my calls.
