“Excellent stay, beautiful view, prime location and very convinient kitchen!”

Te roofview was lovely! Located almodt in front of an iconic mexico place! We also were very satisfied with our kitchen, had everything for us to make breakfast, or dinner. It was also convinient to have a washer and dryer (same machine) without any extra charge and the gym.

The location is good, public transportation is convenient, some attractions are within walking distance, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The rooms have balconies where you can enjoy the street view. It's close to the tourist bus stop.

The location is wonderful. Easy access to public transportation. Clean street. Many restaurants and small stores nearby. Front desk are friendly and helpful. We communicate with google translator most of time and it's ok. We booked 7 nights and were asked to pay one night first. The front desk said we could pay the balance the next day if we were satisfied. Fabulous!

“Great location and comfortable rooms, but noisy”

The location is absolutely the best feature of this hotel - it is in a safe and lively area, and close to many things tourists would be interested in. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and our room was exactly as pictured and kept clean during our stay. When checking in, we were given the option of only paying for the first night so that we could try out the room and request a change if needed, which was a nice surprise. Due to the loud traffic outside during the first night we did ask to move to a higher floor and this request was quickly accommodated. And after check out, we were able to store our luggage in the hotel room until 6pm that day. The wifi was good.

Everybody at the front desk was helpful and friendly. To room was clean and well laid out it had everything you wanted. You were happy to find a washing machine that was new on our floor. We didn't expect to get housekeeping every day, but we did. Reface, the Reforma Blvd, it was green and nice to look out on to. It's a great central location.

“Good experience for my first time at Reforma”

The location is very good. It was my first time staying at Reforma (I had stayed at Condesa and Roma before) and I really enjoyed it. You easily get to some of the CDMX best attractions (Museo Antropológico, Bosque Chapultepec, Catedral) and you are close to many good and accessible restaurants.

Location is great. We requested a room change and it was given to us. Laundry on site. Kitchen/cooking supplies. Hot water at all times. The rooftop is nice. The views from the back of the building are nice too.

The location was perfect; we could see the Angel of independence from our patio. Easy to walk to various restaurants, shopping, site seeing. There is even a pharmacy and coffee shop right downstairs. There are 2 small sofas in the room, as well as a small dining table with 2 chairs, plus a small kitchen; although, who wants to eat in when in Mexico City. The staff were courteous and helpful.
