“Great stay in beautiful Coyoacan”

it was a silent oasis in a very busy city: relaxed stay with lovely staff. coyoacan is a nice neighbourhood to explore and even though some of the main tourist attractions like centro historico and roma norte are a bit further away it is easily reachable by public transport (busses) and uber.

Really lovely place, friendly homely vibe. Everything as advertised- great location to explore Coyoacán, bed was comfy, free tea and coffee. Friendly staff and very accomodating.

the staff was super friendly! i had a 13 hour bus journey behind me and was totally exhausted. the staff made it so that i could get to my room as quickly as possible. in general they were very accommodating. Thank you very much!

The property itself is a hidden gem. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with all the comforts you'd expect. The rooftop was a real highlight - it’s a peaceful oasis, making it the perfect spot to relax with a coffee or read a book. Would definitely recommend!

What a lovely property and a great short-stay in the historical area of Coyoacán. Friendly staff, beautiful interior, and surroundings. Felt right at home and I was accommodated without question for early check-in/late check-out.

Lovely staff and excellent value for money

We enjoyed our stay and found the hosts to be friendly and helpful. The house is a bit of a labyrinth and has some nice shared spaces for all guests to use - especially the roof terrace. There are shops, cafes and restaurants nearby but it's definitely not in the center of Coyoacan, which is an almost 20min walk away. It takes a while to get into the historic center of the city from here (CDMX is a huge place!) which seemed a fairly doable journey by public transport - mainly bus as there isnt a metro nearby - but we opted for the comfort of uber instead as it was so cheap and we weren't well. One of us had food poisoning during our stay here while the other was recovering from a recent bout.

Nice, clean and quiet accommodation. Staff are friendly, it has a shared kitchen with free filtered/drinking water and coffee. Close to a tram stop which was super convenient for getting into the city, main area of Coyoacán a 15min walk away. Recommend Dona Simona for a delicious breakfast nearby.

Great location.

Stayed only for one night, but everything seemed okay. We were welcomed arriving late at night and could keep our luggage in the common area after check-out, which was very much appreciated.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A great location for wandering around the lovely area of Coyoacán, local attractions and a short (15-20min) walk to metro to get to the city centre. Clean and comfortable with access to shared kitchen. Highly recommended.
