“Not recommended”
On our first night, we were bitten by bedbugs: over 140 bites all over our bodies. Despite reporting it by message at both check-ins, we never received a response, even after filing a complaint with supporting photos. No solution, no refund, and no reaction whatsoever. It's even likely that other guests experienced the same problem. This is completely unacceptable and inadmissible. We do not recommend this hotel, which treats tourists like walking wallets. I should mention that I was sick for four days and had to pay for medication and antibiotics.

Location, spacious room. Great pool and gym facilities and a free drink per person at the bar, live music in the evenings but for a bit too long 10pm for my liking since you can hear it even on the 10th floor.

Fantastic location! It’s right next to the metro and sightseeing spots. The breakfast was excellent, featuring a wide selection of fresh and delicious options that surpassed my expectations. Truly a top-notch stay.

“Write a short sentence to sum up your stay”
Positives: - Central location, close to all the museums. However, it seemed a bit dodgy after dark & we preferred Roma Norte as an area. - Helpful concierge with good bar & shops downstairs. - The breakfast & buffet on level 12 are great with tasty food when you’ve had too many tacos elsewhere!

This was our second visit to Barceló Mexico Reforma. We selected it for its location, within easy walking distance of Centro and Alameda Central and a short car journey to Roma and many of the museums. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Enjoyed the in hotel bar.

“Some of it was very good and some things were particularly bad.”
The premium package; location and upkeep of the hotel was very good. The staff on level 12 - all the ladies - are absolutely lovely, affable and very approachable and professional. I think Barceló has employed excellent people who work on the 12th floor and I like them all very much.

The breakfast options and service is great. With premium we also got access to the lounge and snacks/tea/coffee after 6pm, which was great. The premium rooms are spacious.
