“A nightmare in the Deadsea”

Very bad experience. We are two colleagues doing a research in this area. We explistly reserved two seprated beds and when we arrive we got a tent with one bed. We asked for a tent with 2 beds as reserved. The receptionist said they dont have this option. We asked to cance our reservation and he answered it is impossible. We asked to talk with the manager. The manger also said we can leave without a refund. He called the owner. The owner arrived after an hour and said we should leave but he will not refund us. He blame us for all sort of things. A very rude person without any service orientation.. He also threatened to call the police if we will not leave.. We left to another place without a refund after it was dark. I think this place cannot be in booking.com or in the tourism market in general.

the glamping tents were comfortable and well equipped. The private wading pool was a huge hit with the kids and adults alike!

Location, the glamping is simple but organized. They will improve but I hope that they can keep the same vibes

Amazing location, great experience for us all

The views are stunning, staff friendly, tents really nicely placed on the terrain and the breakfast and coffee from the bar is so worth it! The shower is really good too, and we loved the cute toiletries and the hammocks on site. We made a campfire (wood can be bought at the cafe) in the evening and got up early to see the sun rise, wonderful experience.

“Spectacular campsite in remote location.”

Everything. Phenomenal location and camp. Don't come if you don't like camping, but if you do enjoy the outdoors you will love it. The whole camp was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The manager was fantastically hospitable, dropping us at the bus stop when required.

The view on the Dead Sea and the mountain landscape is beautiful. Also the beds are comfortable. The food you can buy at the camping shop is quite good for a camping site. Overall it’s a cool location for camping.

everything about Tranquilo is so wonderful! it’s a local owned beautiful nature glamping with incredible views and energy! they were super helpful and I loved every moment there! a true unique wonderful experience!

It was a beautiful campsite with amazing views of the Dead Sea and the stars shone brightly in the night. Lots of hammocks and cozy places to sit and view the stars at night. Highly recommend for a nice getaway and time out on nature without feeling like you’re “roughing it”’

“Glamping on the Dead Sea”

We loved the vibes of the places, very quiet and chilled. We were the only tourists to get there, apart from us there were many israeli families with children. We stayed in the safari tents (private with shared bathroom) which is charming, with a small courtyard by itself with a pond and a swing. It's great also if you want to bring your own food/beers because you have one private fridge and a shared kitchen (also a small private sink close to the toilet).
