“Quiet beach escape, comfort and fun”

An absolutely peaceful stay! The apartment is just 50m from the sea, in a quiet, serene area with a larger than usual sandy beach and gentle entrance into the water — not crowded at all, pure relaxation. The host has provided us beach mat, chairs, and umbrella. The place was spotless, fully equipped with everything you need for cooking (even coffee, oil, honey, etc.), fresh linens, towels, and a smart design that makes you instantly feel at ease. The highlight is the large surrounding terrace with tables, chairs, and a comfy outdoor sofa — perfect for long, lazy moments. And the bonus? Free PlayStation, Xbox, Netflix, Disney+, and super-fast WiFi! 🌊✨ Truly the perfect spot to destress and enjoy both comfort and fun — can’t wait to come back!

“Great stay, would visit again”

The apartment has everything necessary, even more than expected, including sunblock, mosquito tablets and machines, coffee tablets, multiple kitchen appliances, a great fridge and freezer. The bed was comfortable, there are mosquito nets AND blinds on all doors to the balcony. The balcony is very nice and spacious with lots of chairs. Side sea view as advertised. Best part was proximity to the beach - just cross the street and that's it. There are also dedicated beach chairs and umbrella for the guests of this apartment, so we did not have to carry them, and there was almost noone on the beach so it was very calm. Great wifi and access to netflix/disney was a nice advantage. Few very nice touches such as the motion detection lights for night time getting up. All in all the place is very well thought out and one can go with little to no luggage and miss nothing.

Spiros's apartment looks even better than the pictures on the website. Located in a quiet area, across the street from a small, cozy beach, 1 km from the center of Metamorphosis, the apartment has a big L-shaped balcony with a side view of the sea and a garden view at the back, overlooking pines and olive trees (and, sometimes, squirrels). This terrace has retractable sun shades and enough space to eat lunch/dinner or lavish on a comfortable sofa. By car, it is really close to many beaches up and down the coast (crowded or wild, wide and sandy or rocky, depending on taste) that can be easily found and explored by searching with Google Maps. The apartment is small but its space is very well used; it has quality, new furniture, and AC in both rooms (even though it is not a necessity, except maybe during the heat hours). The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need on vacation, should you decide to cook your own meals. A great plus is the shaded parking space under the building (the ground level is basically a big, open parking lot), Taverns, and supermarkets can be found nearby, even reachable on foot. Last, but not least, Spiros is a friendly, attentive host, who is always available for tips and advice, so the communication between us went very well.

“Peacefull place for a relaxing vacantion”

Very close by the sea and at reasonable distance by taverns and shops, the 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a peacefull location and offers all the amenities needed for a 2 weeks vacation - all what is decribed and even more - plenty of sheets, towels and kitchenware, full endowned kitchen and large balcony with outside furniture. Special touches - moschito nets + electric devices for inside but also spiral for outside, washing machine and detergent, quality showergel and shampoo, plenty of hot water, longchairs and umbtrela on the small beach nearby, but also 2 chairs and umbrela to be taken at other beaches, good TVies with Netfix, Disney channel and games and very kind and helpfull host - always at a whatapp distance to help and support. Apartment is spacy, clean and has great position.... Less then 50m from beach

Owner very thouthfull, even gave us a beach umbrella and beach chairs. You have the sea very close and also pine trees and olive trees. Quiet place.
