“Although skeptical, Barlee House was a pleasant experience.”
Our stay at Barlee House was quite ok. It is not a place without problems. It is a traditional Greek house with modest things and strange things as you find in almost any house (for example the bed that creaks quite loudly) :)) I found the apartment clean and airy, fully equipped. Surprisingly, I felt better than in much more expensive places where I stayed. The bedrooms are large and bright, which for me was a big plus. The owners were kind and welcoming. All in all, it is one of the few locations I would return to, despite the score it has on booking. The area is fine. A bit crowded for my taste, but ok. I can't say anything about the nearby beaches because I didn't stay on those beaches. Only on the last day I realized that there is no TV in the house :) but hey, who needs a TV when there are so many things to do there.

The house with garden is right at the beach. Very nice. The hosts and the neighbours were very social & friendly. Very nice place to stay, especially with a one year old baby.
