“unhealthy”
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unacceptable and unsanitary conditions I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. Upon checking in, I found blood stains on the mattress, the entire room smelled strongly of marijuana, and the elevator was out of service. Additionally, there were no sheets provided for the pull-out bed, which made the situation even worse. These conditions were clearly unsanitary and far below the standards any guest should expect. I stayed only one night because I had no other option at that moment, but I decided to leave the following day due to the poor conditions. Despite this, I have not received a refund for the unused night.

“Well worth the price, very well located and friendly staff.”
I am a repeat guest at this hotel. It is a great location, an appropriate distance from both the airport and the french quarter. The price is always right, the rooms are quite clean and the breakfast is decent. The wifi works, and the staff is lovely.

Great hotel for the money, easy access from hwy. Breakfast was great, but room was small and very hot 🔥 Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and handsoap hanging on wall. Not small items but refill = good for environment.

Once we had found the side street it was easy on and off for the Interstate. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Quiet, no disturbing neighbours. Convenient base for Cajun country and for New Orleans. Most of the staff were pleasant and efficient. Many restaurants near by on Veterans' Blvd.
