Reasonably clean & comfortable for a budget hotel. Nighttime lady on reception was very pleasant. Bed was comfortable & it was quiet around my room.

“The kitchen area in Extended Suites is a big plus”
Easy to find, and easy, fast check-in with LaWanda. The room was nice, very clean and the bed was great good breakfast We were surprised to learn that there was no ice machine (especially for a southern state). Tanya was very kind and got me a bottle of frozen water from the employee refrigerator. We loved the kitchen and large refrigerator, and since there was a full-size freezer, we were able to make ice for our water bottles for the next morning. There was supposed to be a grab and go breakfast, but they were never delivered. Metairie is a good place to stay to have easy access to New Orleans. We were pleased that the deposit for incidentals/damages was refunded quickly.
