Guesthouse is located in 15 minutes on foot from the center of Mestia. The views are perfect from the room. The room is big and clean and Breakfast was absolutely perfect. Thanks to the hosts Eka and Jimsher, for their hospitality.

“Decent place to stay in Mestia”

The room is spacious, clean. There is a small hall with a couple of chairs and a dining table. There is a washing machine - it's possible to wash and dry you clothes in the yard. There is a kitchenette, so you can cook if you like (we didn't). The taps and shower work fine. The bed is comfortable. It's quiet at night.

Very kind landlady, everyday prepared excelet breakfast. Near of city of Mestia.

Theona's guest house is very clean, large room with a beautiful view of the Svan towers. The hosts were attentive and polite. The breakfast was very tasty, with a variety of local Thracian dishes. I would gladly come back with my family.

I have been in many guesthouses in Georgia, but Teona's guesthouse exceeded my expectations. Staff is so friendly and nice, the room was big, clean and quiet, but breakfast was the best, prepared with homemade products.

Fantastic breakfast, the best we had in all of our 12 days trip through Georgia. Great, kind hosts. Good, quiet, location, but still fairly close to the center!

Great place with very nice owners. The room is big and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very tasty with many dishes. We also got some wine from the owner when we were leaving. We recommend this place!

The family is great. Great size breakfast (too big), we liked the fact it was varied each day. Good view from the lounge balcony. Restaurants to visit: Old House, restaurant at hotel Paliani. Don't go to Lile in the centre.

Breakfast was super, very delicious and too much for me :) The lady Eka, who prepares it, is very kind and helped me in everything, for example to find taxis. Room was clean and stocked with towels, shampoos and soaps. Location is in 10-15 minutes from the center, but I think it was better for me, because the views are great from that place. and the garden of the guesthouse, full of flowers is also one of the best thing.

Spotlessly clean, very friendly staff (at our request, they prepared our last breakfast at 6AM!!), very wide room, the most confortable matress of the 7 places we have stayed in Georgia, excellent and very abundant breakfast (too big for our habitude), quiet place, Washing machine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Teona's guesthouse in Mestia, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness of the hosts, Dima and Eka, truly made my stay memorable. From the moment I arrived, Dima and Eka made me feel right at home. Their warmth and friendliness made me feel like a part of their family, and I appreciated the care and attention they gave to me. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast each morning. Eka served up delicious and hearty meals that kept me fueled for the day ahead. The portions were generous, and the food was fresh and tasty. I also appreciated the variety of options they provided. The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this guesthouse in Mestia to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay.

The rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. Also Teona and her mom were so kind, since our car got stuck due to roads with heavy snow we reached there by 2 am. They contacted us before, kept a track of our safety and waited for us till so late. They were kind enough to provide us with everything we needed. The view from the guesthouse is so beautiful. It was worth staying here. We extended our stay and it was our best decision. We really wished to stay here longer.

Well, we basically liked everything! Stayed there for the NY holidays. The family is very hospitable and helpful. Teona helped with the transfer organization an car to the ski resort. Answered all the questions before our arrival. The room we lived in is spacious and comfortable, freshly built/renovated. It's at the house side, so it's like a separate apartment. No noise from the main house gets though. But the wi-fi signal is rather weak there. Unlike in other rooms. But that wasn't an issue for us. Some signal amplifier would help I guess. Our room was warm enough thanks to the floor heating, still we asked for an additional heater and it was provided. Shared lounge zone with the fireplace is cozy and nice. Though might be a bit cold in winter, so just stay closer to the fireplace) Breakfast is generous and tasty, we never could finish all the food served) The family was so kind and prepared NY table for us with the Georgian food, wine and dessert! This made our NY celebration. They also let us use the kitchen and washing machine. so we felt like home. Guesthouse location is nice as well, in the quiet town side, still close to the main road but away from the noise. Definitely recommended.

Super friendly staff, did everything to fulfil wishes (transportation and etc.). About 15 minutes walk to the center of Mestia on foot. Breakfast was rich and very delicious, prepared by the owner. The room was spacious and comfortable and had a beautiful view.
