We had a wonderful stay at Nino Ratiani’s Guesthouse in Mestia and truly loved everything about it. The hospitality was exceptional — the staff was incredibly welcoming, and Nino herself is such a warm and caring host. She was always ready to help us with anything we needed and made us feel genuinely looked after during our stay. The guesthouse itself is very cozy and charming. Our room was comfortable and had a beautiful view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also perfect — almost in the center of Mestia, just a few minutes’ walk from everything. We felt very welcomed and taken care of here. It was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Mestia ⭐️

Great Sauna facilities!

The studio is super cozy and offers enough space for two people. Modern and clean bathroom. Although it’s directly on the street, it was quiet at night. Heating is available. We liked it so much that we extended our stay.

Friendly owner, coffee and tea available in the breakfast area all day, short and easy walk into town, easy street parking.

Very nice accommodation. Nino was also very helpful with organizing the Matruschka for the next morning. We where lucky and had a huge balcony mountainside.

We had a lovely stay at Nino Ratiani’s Guest House. The room we were given had excellent views, a balcony, and even a small couch which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was cosy with comfortable blankets, nice hot shower, and a hairdryer was available on request. Nino is incredibly welcoming and always offers tea, coffee, and cake whenever you like, which made us feel right at home. The location is also great — just a short 5-minute walk to the centre, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for a comfortable and homely stay!

The place is quiet and comfortable, also you can book a gorgeous sauna and relax after climbing mountains. One of the best experiences for us

Nino was an incredibly attentive and knowledgeable host who seemed to know everyone in Mestia. She truly felt like the go-to person in town, with no problem too small for her to solve — from arranging the best-priced taxis to advising on excursions. The dinner spread was outstanding, with an impressive variety of dishes and plenty of vegetarian options. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and clearly the product of significant care and investment.

Nino was very nice and available; she helped us with everything we needed! The breakfast was fresh and very tasty. We loved the vast balcony. The location was quite good, it's near the center, but not so much that you can hear noise.

This is our second time we spent here. Everything was absolutely perfect to the detail! Very clean, beautiful and big space. We got upgraded to a studio/apartment. Host is the most amazing loving lady. If you're looking for the best place to spend your time in Mestia - book this one!

It’s a great place to stay if you're visiting the region – peaceful and perfectly located for exploring the area. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast served each morning. Our room was very comfortable, with everything we needed for a stay. I especially appreciated having a washing machine right in the room.
