Located in Mestia, within 700 metres of Museum of History and Ethnography and 1.5 km of Mikhail Khergiani House Museum, Irina's Guesthouse provides accommodation with ski-to-door access and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Lovely guesthouse with very kind staff. Marina (not Irina) who runs the place was very helpful with advice about Svaneti and she prepared lovely breakfasts which were different each day! Her husband very kindly drove us back to the airport for free after our stay. The room we had was great with a heater to really warm it up which was needed in the evenings and mornings especially. The bathroom can be quite cold as there is no heater in there but with no central heating, it is difficult to change this.

The place is spotless clean. 2 minutes from the head of the trail to zabashi. Our host was amazing breakfast was excellent. The room was more then we needed the shower was excellent as well. We plan to come back and stay again soon . Great garden to relax in .

We stayed at Irina’s two nights, at the beginning and at the end of our trekking to Ushguli. She is the most kind and attentive host. She kept our car and luggage while we were away, she helped us organising the taxi back to Mestia and she was there for us anytime we needed something. She made our stay so much comfortable. The breakfast is different everyday, hand made and delicious. There is really plenty of it! The room was clean, as well as the bathroom. We really had a wonderful stay ❤️

We extended our stay at the facility because we loved Irina and her family, such a sweet host. We also had the opportunity to taste the fruits in her garden. I recommend it to everyone who will come, they are extremely sweet. We also loved the breakfast 🥹😍
