House and garden has a cosy design. Rooms are comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was great.

The cabin is beautifully designed in harmony with nature, offering a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful—they provided us with useful information about the mountain and made sure we had everything we needed. They paid attention to every detail in their home, and the food was absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend it to others!

Spacious room, the view is amazing when weather allows it. Breakfast was something we were looking forward every day. Cozy breakfast and social area. Owners are very responsive to questions and requests. Would book again, great stay.

Ioska's place was lovely. The room is nice, and there is a lovely garden. Ioska and people taking care of the property are very nice and helpful. We would like to come back for sure. There are two very friendly dogs as well.

The hosts are very nice and ready to help. Breakfast was excellent! The Wi-Fi was good, it's possible to work if needed. There is a lovely garden and a cozy place in the common kitchen.

“The loveliest guesthouse in Mestia”

We stayed for 3 nights. The location is in a more quiet part of town, beautiful and well worth the hike up. Ioska and Fero (the hosts) were incredibly kind and helpful, both when one of us got sick and with arranging pick-up from the guesthouse the morning of our departure. Rest of the staff were also wonderful. One of the highlights of our stay were the 2 lovely dogs, Bonnie and Lucy, who gave the placw such a lovely vibe. Overall we felt very much at home. The hosts were really lovely and helpful. The property is really peaceful. The room was comfortable and clean. The interior is all finished wood which makes for a really cozy atmosphere.

They will make halal and vegan options by your request. Love it. The terrace in cozy summer evening is pure love.

“Coziest place on our trip”

The property is even cosier than it looks, very clean and well maintained, situated a bit outside the center of Mestia which only makes it more special, and the hostess was genuinely kind and welcoming (Bonus for the two very well-behaved dogs!). Breakfast also was a treat. We were glad to stay there before the Ushguli trek and delighted to come back after!

Ioska's House was much better than we even expect. You can feel there like at home. Breakfast is one of the best I've ever had while travelling. The comunication with the owner is perfect. We extended our stay at Ioska's House. Thank you for offering us such a lovely stay! :)))

Very nice house and its owners. The house is located in a beautiful location, within walking distance to the village center. The house is very cozy inside and outside. It was nice to sit in the living room, drink tea and read a book with a view of the mountains. The rooms are also very nice and stylish. The staff is very friendly, especially the cooks. And their breakfasts are delicious! Two dogs and cats also live on the property. We love animals, so we were happy to play with them.

As for me it’s one best place for staying in Mestia. The owners was always welcome to answer for our questions. Nice garden with beautiful mountains view, good price and high quality. Whole house have a very beautiful decoration. Highly recommended
